Fraud Response Network LTD (“FRN”) operates this static information website. It does not provide a case-management service. FRN aims to handle personal information transparently and proportionately.
Information submitted through Talk to an Expert
Until the live intake is connected, the form is a browser preview and does not send or save your answers; use sample details only. When live submission is enabled, FRN receives your name, email address, phone number, estimated loss range and incident summary so the team can review your request and contact you. Do not include passwords, payment card details or case evidence.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions are not automated. Cloudflare processes the technical information needed for that check, which may include your IP address and browser information. The form is sent to FRN’s intake service hosted by Cloudflare and delivered as an email through Resend to FRN’s authorised recipient. The intake service does not keep a database or write the contents of requests to its logs. The email is held in the recipient mailbox and FRN deletes personal information it receives within 24 hours. If delivery fails, the service may send an operational alert containing the failure category, provider status and time, but not your submitted details.
Technical website information
The hosting and intake providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested files for security and service operation. FRN deletes personal information it receives within 24 hours.
Cookies and third parties
The site does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking. Static search is generated at build time. Browser or hosting technologies may still process necessary technical data.
