Keep original records

Save transaction confirmations, statements, wallet addresses, platform account details, emails, messages and relevant web addresses. Preserve originals where possible and make a separate working copy.

Build a simple timeline

Write down dates, times, amounts and what was said or promised. Mark estimates as estimates and distinguish what you directly observed from what someone else told you.

Store information safely

Use a secure device and avoid sharing sensitive material with people who contacted you unexpectedly. The FRN website has no evidence upload or case-storage facility.

If you have just transferred money, contact your bank or payment provider through its official channel as soon as possible. No recovery outcome can be guaranteed.
