Check the exact firm and domain

Search the regulator’s official register using the legal entity name and website address you found independently. Similar names and copied authorisation details can be used to mislead.

Test the claims

Guaranteed returns, pressure to act immediately, unclear ownership and difficulty withdrawing are warning signs. A polished website or visible account balance is not independent proof of trading activity.

Keep a record before acting

Save the website address, terms, claimed registration and communications. If you suspect fraud, avoid sending additional funds while you seek independent advice.

If you have just transferred money, contact your bank or payment provider through its official channel as soon as possible. No recovery outcome can be guaranteed.
