Record the transaction details

Save the transaction hash, network, sending and receiving addresses, asset type, amount, date and exchange records. A blockchain transaction can show movement between addresses but usually does not identify the person controlling one.

Preserve platform evidence

Keep account statements, deposit addresses, support tickets, messages and the website address used. Do not share recovery phrases or private keys with anyone offering assistance.

Contact relevant providers

Notify the exchange or custodian used and your bank or payment provider if fiat funds were involved. Ask about account security and available reporting steps.

If you have just transferred money, contact your bank or payment provider through its official channel as soon as possible. No recovery outcome can be guaranteed.
