Technical records can connect infrastructure

Registration details, certificates, hosting and site code may show overlap across online services. Records can be incomplete, shared or changed over time.

A lead needs corroboration

Shared hosting or a reused template is common and can be incidental. Stronger conclusions need independent evidence and a clear explanation of alternatives.

Preserve time-sensitive context
